Hi!
I love this "Account Panel" up in your template. Is it a joomla-module or something? (i'm an absolute newbie...)
I use the Community Builder Enhanced with joomla 1.0.13

Do you know where i can get it?

It is a part of my template. It acts as a module position.

The template is called colormatic from www.rocketthemes.com. They call it "control panel" in their templates, but I edited it to change the text.

There are a couple other templates that include this there as well.
