Well, for the past year, I've been playing around with my website. It was at first just a game design blog, with tutorials on Wednesdays, ideas on Fridays, and an article on the state of design Mondays. However, that didn't pick up very well. Not well at all. So, I parked the domain.

I moved to a Flash Arcade, with a new domain, which became pretty popular, hitting 100 Uniques/Day in the first month. I decided I wanted to get back to running a game development site, though, so I sold the old script and domain. I then moved back to iWanna Play.

It is now ran on Joomla!. However, this time it isn't so serious, and it now has an Arcade built in, as I know how popular those get.

iWanna Play is still in Open Beta, as I weed out all the bugs, and work on fixing all the conflicts created by the plugins and modules. It is getting an average of 28 Uniques/Day, and is picking up, as I work on advertising it more.

There is a few bugs that I am working on weeding out. The most distracting one being with the Arcade, at the bottom of the page when you play a game. Last I heard is that Pragma is fixing it, however.

But i would modify the jootheme Template in the Header a bit more.
The Idea with the Contest i have seen somewhere else, just can`t remember where. Anyway it is a preety good Idea which i could also try out on my Site

When you say Modify, you mean...? I need specific suggestions. Modify means nothing.

The contest is based after a concept that Yoyogames had, which the users voted out, and instead went with a Co-Op contest. It was mentioned on the Game Maker Community in a threads poll, which has now been closed.

If you want Suggestions, maybe you just should ask for specific Suggestions next Time,since you did not ask for it in your Starting Post

Like i sayed before: I would change the Header on your Template....don`t like it just 3 Words in it make it look unfinished.

And if i click on Black in the Menu i get an Error: "Couldn`t find Server from black.iwannaplay.org"

Maybe i would add "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" to the Site. Just to inform People and be on safe Side.

You started by giving an incomplete suggestion.

There is terms upon registration, and I am paying someone to write me up a Privacy Policy. They will be in the footer soon.

Black is down right now, but I left the link up as a placeholder. iWanna Play is beta. Black is having a gloom future, though, as the entire script I wrote for it is incompatible with my newest host.

Usually when you suggest something you say more than just 'Modify.' You say what needs to be modified and how.

What makes you think I wasn't dealing with it? I was replying to the text that you wrote. Is that not how you use a web forum?
