Just thought I'd let you know, that the version of pacman included in the latest SVN trunk and presumably the point releases is considered to breach Namco's copyright, according to Neave.

This is a shame, I know it means I can't use it on my site.

When will we be able to get a database of games which are verified as both legal and compatible with PUArcade? If there were such a service I would subscribe to use it.

No worries, it won't be me either. Even just a forum thread with a post updated with a list of verified games / download links would be great. I _would_ do it, but I have committed to enough projects and only really needed a couple of games on my site - sorry. PUArcade is awesome, did I mention?

Hi,

because of the hint of alexp1 I stoppped my puarcade component and now I'm looking for the copyrights for the few games I'm running at my site.

The first games I searched for:

Bombay Taxi
Bombay Taxi 2

These games are sponsored bei games2win.com. At their site there's the following note:

So, you can use all games2win.com-games on your site!

edit:
About 120 Games from flashgames247.com are also free for use. For example 2ManyBugs or stunt mania.
