I was upload Top Rated Games module in Community downloads.

- this show games (title, image) which are top rated in PU Arcade. If is same value of rating, sorting by votes count
- is content tooltip with Description, title, Scores, numplayed and rating
- should be xhtml valid
- maybe works in J1.5
