is there a download area to get templates? or do you guys just modify the html yourselfs?

So far, I don't think anyone has made any templates other than the ones that are included.
If someone makes a new one, hopefully they will post it in the community downloads area.

i went to the showcase part of the fourm, and it seems almost everyone has modified their games section to look VERY different. did everyone do it by just editing the html themselfs?

Yes, I think most people do a combination of editing the CSS template and the HTML themselves.
If there is a particular change you'd like to make, post it, and we can probably help you find where to make the change or how to do it.
